  	Chester Times, 8 Jul 1925: Edwin R. Helms, Jr., Dies in Hospital Edwin R. Helms, Jr., husband of Mary A. Helms, of 812 West Eighth street, died last night at the Chester Hospital following a surgical operation. He was 58 years old and was a resident of this city and county all his life, being born in Chester. He and his sons were contractors in Chester for many years, having their place of business at Ninth and Broomall streets. He was a member of the Chester Lodge, No. 236, F, and A. M., for many years and was well known in the Masonic fraternity. He is survived by his widow, Mary A. Helms, and four children, John, Paul Edwards, Martha and Marguerite. Interment will be made in Lawn Croft cemetery.
